Fury Saint Bernards

Return Policy

Last updated: December 2025

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve a puppy from Fury Saint Bernards. This deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy. The deposit secures your chosen puppy and removes them from availability for other buyers.

If you decide not to proceed with the purchase after placing a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another puppy or future litter.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to fulfill your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances on our end
  • If the puppy passes away or develops a life-threatening genetic condition within the health guarantee period
  • If the puppy is determined by a licensed veterinarian to have a congenital defect covered by our health guarantee

3. Replacement Puppy Policy

In the event that your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic or congenital condition within two (2) years of purchase, we offer:

  • A replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter (when available)
  • The replacement must be claimed within one (1) year of the diagnosis
  • Original puppy does not need to be returned, but veterinary documentation must be provided

The replacement puppy policy does not cover conditions caused by neglect, improper care, accidents, or conditions not deemed genetic or congenital by a licensed veterinarian.

4. Health Guarantee

All puppies from Fury Saint Bernards come with a comprehensive 2-year health guarantee that covers:

  • Genetic hip dysplasia causing severe impairment
  • Genetic heart defects
  • Other life-threatening congenital conditions

To validate the health guarantee, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy. Failure to do so may void the health guarantee.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you are responsible for:

  • Having the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival
  • Providing proper nutrition, shelter, veterinary care, and a safe environment
  • Following recommended vaccination schedules provided at pickup/delivery
  • Not breeding the puppy unless purchased with breeding rights (additional fee)
  • Spaying/neutering the puppy by 12 months of age (unless breeding rights purchased)
  • Contacting us first if you can no longer care for the dog

6. Returns and Rehoming

We do not accept returns of puppies simply because you have changed your mind. Owning a Saint Bernard is a significant commitment, and we encourage all buyers to thoroughly research the breed before purchasing.

If at any point during the dog's life you find yourself unable to care for your Saint Bernard, please contact us before rehoming. We maintain a network of approved adopters and may be able to assist in finding a suitable new home.
